Axonifi is deliberately small at the centre. Advisory and training are delivered by the people who designed them; implementation and support scale through a certified partner network.
Axonifi comes from work where editorial and operational writing meets the systems that carry it — the place a good idea either becomes a repeatable process or stays a one-off.
That included agent systems in a national business newsroom: software that researched, drafted and assembled work at real volume, with every publish behind an editor’s approval. The models were never the hard part. The hard part was answering, in writing, who owns this, what it may touch, what the approver sees before they say yes, and what happens when it is wrong.
Most organisations do not need to be told AI is important. They need someone who will sit with one piece of their work, say whether it is worth doing, say where a person must stay, and be honest at ninety days about what moved.
We also founded Onroll. We disclose that on every engagement. Advice from a firm with a product is only worth having if they will tell you when not to buy it.
The usual consulting trade is that you meet the senior people during the pitch and never see them again. The firm is structured so that cannot happen.
Advisory and training are designed and delivered by the same person. Nothing is handed to a junior team after the sale, because there is no junior team to hand it to.
Implementation, integration, change management and managed support run through certified partners with substantial enterprise experience. Reach, without you paying for a bench.
A small centre cannot take everything. If your problem is better solved by your own team, by a large firm, or by doing nothing this year, we will say so in the first ninety minutes.
Name the work. We go through it. You leave knowing whether it is worth handing over, where a person must stay, and what you would measure. No fee.
